This website is operated by Magpie. Throughout the site, the terms “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Magpie. your source for curated vintage jewellery. Magpie offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user. 

By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to all our terms, conditions and policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Agreeing to these terms and conditions means that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, or are of the age of majority where you reside and have provided us consent to permit any of your minor dependents to use this website. By placing an order, confirm that all information is accurate and up to date.  

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION

All products listed are vintage or secondhand. They may show minor signs of age or wear, which are considered as part of their character.

At Magpie, we make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including measurements, weight, materials and condition. Please allow for slight colour variations due to screen displays.

If you have questions about an item before purchasing, contact us for clarification.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT (if registered). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Payment is accepted through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Please note, payments processed through Klarna are subject to Klarna’s approval and T&Cs. Magpie does not store your credit or debit card details.

SECTION 5 – ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION 

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when you receive a shipping confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for all deliveries within the UK. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Certain items are excluded from the returns policy unless faulty.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Magpie or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All products are sold “as is” due to their vintage nature. We do not provide manufacturer warranties or guarantees.

While we strive to ensure the website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that:

  • The website will be available uninterrupted or error-free
  • Descriptions are entirely free from error
