Shipping & Returns 

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days after purchase and use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 for fast and secure shipping across the UK. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please select your preferred delivery method at the checkout. 

Note: We currently only deliver within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time. 

RETURNING MAGPIE ORDERS 

We hope you’re happy with your order but if there is any reason you’re not, we have a 14-day returns policy which means you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 

Items must be returned in the same condition that it was received in and will be inspected once received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days from the date of return. 

To start a return, contact us at sophia.magpiestore@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions including the return address, and process your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked shipping method so that postage is secure for all parties involved. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase, the fastest option is to follow the steps above and place a new order once the return has been accepted. 

Certain items won’t be eligible for a return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty. 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
